8. Service Availability
The Provider aims to ensure reliable access to the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond the Provider’s control.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages typical for this type of service.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or financial losses is excluded.
